sleeves / muffs / tubes are available in a wide
range of elastomer qualities including
high-pressure sleeves, wear-resistant sleeves that
out perform more expensive SS 316, satellite, or
alloy ball, plug, globe, diaphragm valves in
abrasive, scaling or corrosive services.
The collar of our rubber sleeve
eliminates use of any gasket.
Our
specially manufactured pinch valve rubber sleeves with
multilayer
reinforcement withstand the most
chemically aggressive, corrosive service
conditions at working pressure 25 Bar. The
reinforced lugs on both side of our rubber
sleeve fixed to the pinching bars helps
retraction of rubber sleeve in vacuum
service conditions. We offer
wide range of elastomer sleeves made from rubbers
like Natural, Neoprene, EPDM, Butyl, SBR, Nitrile,
Viton etc. Food grade rubber sleeves are also
available.
Range & Actuation:
Pinch
valves are available from 15 mm to 300 mm and
flanges can be supplied in
accordance to ASA, BS, DIN & IS dimensions.
Apart from normal wheel operated manual Pinch valves,
actuated pinch valves like Chain
operated, Gear operated, Electrically
operated, Pneumatic operated pinch valves can
also be supplied.
Applications:
Pinch
valves are used for Bulk and solid handling,
Cement industry, Waste water industry, Chemical
industry, Food industry, Beverage industry,
Ceramic, glass & plastic industry, effluent
treatment plants.
Beyond these applications, pinch valves
are reasonable option to solve problems where ball
valve, plug valve, gate valve, globe valve,
and diaphragm valves routinely experience
operations and maintenance problems in abrasive,
scaling, corrosive, plugging-prone liquid,
slurry, or bulk handling services.
