Pinch valves information
JEC manufacturers of Pinch valves in open body and closed body design. Both the design has it's own advantage and have positive control over flowing media. The open body pinch valves are much lighter in weight as compared to normal close body design, but in case of the pinch valve sleeves is ruptured / damaged it may result in a mess, since the media is not held inside the enclosed body casting. Our range of pinch valves includes pneumatic valves with manual override (dual operated) other than usual pneumatic, motorized, chain & gear operated or manual hand wheel type.  
 
These rubber pinch valves are seat less and glandless valves having an elastomer  sleeve protected under a cast iron or suitable metal casting. The fluid passing through pinch valves does not come in contact with either body or any other metal parts of the valve except the rubber sleeve. The valve body and other metal parts are almost permanently not subjected to the corrosive action of the fluid. The flow through pinch valve is straight and full as that of a pipeline, when the valve is fully open. The collar of the rubber sleeve wheel type. The operation of pinch valve is just simple as other wheel operated valves. Electro Pneumatic Pinch valve is operated with linear motion pneumatic actuator. Pinch valve ensures leak tight shut off.

PINCH VALVE APPLICATION : Pinch valve finds its best application in handling corrosive slurry, abrasive media, liquid with solid suspensions and many others which are difficult to handle with seat valves.

RANGE OF OUR PINCH VALVES : The flange of the pinch valves can be supplied in accordance to BS, DIN, ASA & IS dimensions. The range for the valve is from 15 mm TO 300 mm. Pinch valves are closed body and open body. Pinch valves above 300mm can be manufactured on request. Pinch valves similar to other models and brands can also be developed.
