Pinch Valve India
Pinch
valve is a modified version of laboratory pinch
cock. Pinch valves are seat less and glandless
valves having an elastomer sleeve protected under a cast iron
or suitable metal casting. The fluid passing through
pinch valves does not come in contact with either body or
any other metal parts of the valve except the
rubber sleeve. The body and other metal parts of
pinch valve are
almost permanently not subjected to the corrosive
action of the fluid. The flow through pinch valve is
straight and full as that of a pipeline, when the
valve is fully open. The collar of the rubber sleeve eliminates
use of gasket. Manual pinch valve is simple hand
wheel operated of rising wheel type. The
operation of pinch valve is just simple as other wheel
operated valves. Pinch valves offers
positive control over flowing media and gives 100%
shut off. .

VALVE :
Rubber sleeves
of pinch valves are available in Natural, Neoprene,
Nitrile, Butyl, Hypalon, E.P.D.M or blends of rubber to suit service.
PINCH VALVE APPLICATION :
Pinch valves finds its best application in handling corrosive slurry, abrasive media, liquid with solid suspensions and many others which are difficult to handle with seat valves.
RANGE
OF OUR PINCH VALVES :
The flange of the pinch valves can be supplied in accordance to BS, DIN, ASA & IS dimensions. The range for the valve is from 15 mm TO 300 mm.
Pinch valves are closed body and open body. Pinch valves above 300mm can be manufactured on request. Pinch valves similar
to other models and brands can also be developed.

Pneumatically actuated Pinch valves, Chain
operated pinch valves, gear
operated pinch valves, Electrically operated pinch valves
or pneumatically controlled pinch valves.
