Pneumatic Actuated Pinch Valve

Constructional features: Pinch valves
JEC Pneumatic Pinch valves are automatic, regulating control or simple on-off type. Our PPV range of pneumatic pinch valves are specially designed for harsh slurry, highly abrasive flow control applications. These valves have center pinch action with the pinch bars operated by pneumatic cylinder type actuators. The flexible elastomer sleeves ensures positive close shut-off, this rubber sleeve also eliminates the use of gaskets and provide easy leak tight installation between the process piper flanges.
The simple open-close function pinch valve is mounted with pneumatic actuator and solenoid valve. While control pinch valves have electro-pneumatic valve positioner instead of the solenoid valve. SAPV range of pinch valves are mounted by compatible smart positioner with digital display.

Our special DPV range of pinch valve can be operated in both ways i.e pneumatically and by manual hand wheel. These dual operated pinch valves are fitted with pneumatic actuation on one side and normal hand wheel operation on the other.

For easy operation of pneumatic pinch valves from a remote location, a smart position transmitter is connected in addition with the normal actuation accessories.  The valve can also be operated from PLC station with the help of special sensor switch calibrated with the pneumatic actuator. Automatic Pinch valves are also available with multi turn motorized electrical actuators.
Pinch valve sleeves : Elastomer sleeve of pinch valves is a flexible rubber hose molded with special reinforcements for most challenging applications.  The reinforced lugs on both side of our rubber sleeve fitted to the pinching bars helps in easy retraction of rubber sleeve. High pressure sleeve range HMS is suited for working pressure upto 25 bar.
